DevOps is part of the Azure stack of products and provides us with tools to manage a project from the start (the idea) until it’s in production. You can organize Epics, Features, and User Stories, break them down into tasks, and more. I especially like the integration with source control. You can represent all the code developed for a specific ticket. I’ll show you some cool integrations with other tools like <a href="https://manueltgomes.com/area/microsoft/powerautomate/">Power Automate</a> and how you can save a lot of time by automating task handling and parsing. Finally, I’ll focus more on process and organization and less on how DevOps actually works. It all boils down to process, and that’s where the major gains are.
