Microsoft Forms
Microsoft Forms is an excellent tool that got a lot of hate some time ago for lacking some features. I think Microsoft took that at heart and continued to iterate and, now, it has become a fantastic tool to create any complex form. Since Microsoft built it, it’s also Power Automate friendly, and we can do a lot when we connect the two. Up until now, if you wanted some user-facing form, you needed to create a Power App. That brought some issues and unwanted complexity to something that should be simple from the start. Building a Form in Microsoft Forms, became much more helpful, quicker, and provides a much better user experience since the form is automatically mobile-friendly, makes a lot of validations, and allows for rich features, like options and choices. I believe that it's a serious contender to Google Forms and a must-have in any organization. I’ll describe day-to-day usages for it and how you may take advantage of the integration with other Microsoft services.
